Building a Castle in the Clouds
Large second - floor extensions to a house, or even an entire house in the air, can be built totally unsupported by the following method. First, lay out a complete ground layer of pillars. You`ll need lots to form a surface to build on. Next build your second-floor home on top of these pillars. It`s important that you do ALL the structural work at this point; get all the walls placed and floors put in. Don`t forget the stairs! Next, simply switch to the ground floor, and delete all the pillars. The house will remain standing, completely unsupported by anything except thin air! Voila! A castle in the clouds for your Sims!
Fast Money:
Bring up cheat mode and enter the "klapaucius" code. The bring up cheat mode again and enter "!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!:!;!" (you can add up to 60 total).
Garbage Bag of Holding
In the early stages of The Sims life time is often wasted emptying the trash and bringing it to the curb. I found that if you fill the cheap 30 simolian trash barrel you can order your sim to empty it and just as they remove the bag cancel the order. Then order them to pick up the mess that they just made and they will return the full bag to an empty barrel, which will now be empty. Do this every time it fills and trash need never be brought outside to the curb again. This saves a lot of time.
Paying the Bills
Simply keep a bill, unpaid, until the mail carrier delivers the next set. When your flag is up (your mailbox being full of-- what else, more bills), pay the first one (i.e., bring it out to the mailbox.) When you do this, the newer bills disappear. Using this cheat, you will only have to pay every other bill, instead of every one.
Raise Sims Mood Bars
When using the move_object cheat you can restore your Sims mood bars by getting your Sim to sit in a chair, pausing the game and deleting the chair that your Sim is in. Your Sim will disappear. Unpause the game and click on your Sims face icon and your Sim will reappear with some restored bars.
Don`t Pay Bills:
If you don`t want to pay the bills all you have to do is go to `Buy mode` and then pick up the bills. Then move them to a place where they cannot be put down like a chair and then press `Escape`. the Bills will disappear and won`t need paying.

Still need help did you put objects or skins in your game files that dont show up in the game? well one thing in could be is if a object is in a compressesd folder the game cant read it so un zip it first
CRASHING
Dose your game crash because you downloaded bad skins and you dont want to have to RE install then go to www.thesims.com and download the sims cop files it scans threw your sim files and takes out the things that may cause your game to crash (go into get cool stuff then into Tools i think) if you download skins alot its a must have

If you enter the cheat menu right after doing the ‘rosebud’ cheat, you’ll get 1k per !; you enter.
AUTONOMY [0 - 100]
Sets the independence level of your Sims. A Sim with an Autonomy of zero will do little if anything unless told by you. A Sim with an Autonomy of 100 will do pretty much what it wants.
The default AUTONOMY setting is 50.
BUBBLE_TWEAK [ 0 - -65]
Sets the hight of your Sims thought bubbles. The default is -65. I haven't gotten this to do much, though.
DRAW_ALL_FRAMES [ON/OFF]
Draw every frame or not. This does not have any noticeable effect on my system. It might on slower computers.
DRAW_FLOORABLE [ON/OFF]
Turns the floorable grid on or off in build mode when you add a second story.
DRAW_ROUTES [ON/OFF]
Draws colored dots on selected Sim's path. In the illustration to the right. Mr. Sim is heading over to turn on the TV and sit on the couch. Too bad Mrs. Sim is asleep on the couch.
This is a good cheat to use if you are trying to figure out why a Sim is having trouble navigating a house you're building.
EDIT_GRASS [1-150]
Turns on edit mode for grass tiles. The increment sets the value to apply to the grass on the ground tiles. To edit grass simply play the mouse over the grass like a paint program. Positive values will cause the grass to grow to that level of lushness, negative values will fade it to dirt. To turn grass edit off use an increment of zero.
Hot Date has added the "Edit Grass" functionality to the Build Mode dirt tool.
GENABLE [see below]
Genable tells The Sims rendering engine what to draw. While it does not really do anything useful in game play, it is fun to play with. Below is a list of the different GENABLE commands and what they do:
GENABLE DEFAULT - Sets everything back to default values
GENABLE STATUS - Displays the current GENABLE settings (duh!)
GENABLE TERRAIN [ON/OFF] - Turns on/off rendering of terrain objects
GENABLE FLOORS [ON/OFF] - Turns on/off rendering of floors
GENABLE WALLS [ON/OFF] - Turns on/off rendering of walls
GENABLE OBJECTS [ON/OFF] - Turns on/off rendering of objects
GENABLE PEOPLE [ON/OFF] - Turns on/off rendering of people (Sims)
GENABLE ALL [ON/OFF] - Turns on/off rendering everything
GRID [ON / OFF]
Turns on/off terrain grid drawing. (Wee!)
GROW_GRASS [1 - 150]
Grows grass across an entire lot to the lushness of the value set.
HIGH MOODS
Use the move_objects code and then save the game. Then delete your sim and click on his/her icon to get them to reappear. Your sim should be in an excellent mood now just as if they moved into the neighborhood. NOTE: If you do not save the game when you repeat the code, you will loose all of the skills and changes since the last save.
HISTORY [FILENAME (optional)]
Writes out the family history of the current family. If file is not specified, the default is used.
INTERESTS
Brings up a display window with the selected Sims interests.
MAP_EDIT [ON/OFF]
Allows map editing. The way it works is like so: You click on a map square to change its color. Dark tiles become part of the lot that you can build on and light tiles become property of Sim City and you are not allowed to build on them. If you are careless you could cut off access to the mailbox and the exit teleporters, a great way to fux0r your lot.

MOVE_OBJECTS [ON/OFF]
This allows you to move every object. You can move your mailbox, people, and basicly everything else.
PREPARE_LOT
Checks for required objects on the current lot and deletes "come and seeme" objects. If you use that cheat on an active map all of your Sims will instantly stop what they were doing. Sleeping Sims will keep snoring, even though they are no longer sleeping.
